Parents Night Out Form – Next Parents Night Out – August 26th – form due by August 21st
St. Justin Martyr Release of Liability
Required for any overnight St. Justin Martyr activity.
Required for any GOYA activity that our parish paticipates in, such as Summer Camp, Retreats, overnight trips, etc. Any questions about whether this form should be used, please contact Dn. Jacob.
Sunday School Registration – coming in fall 2011
Our Sunday School Program runs from September to May every year at 9am on Sundays. If you are interested in this program, we ask that you fill out one of our registration forms so we can have up to date information included address, email, grades, and birthdays.
